Scent perception is different for each individual. What you may consider no/weak scent someone else may determine as highly scented.
I am unable to resolve an issue (offer a full refund) based on your personal perception of a scent as it is not something that can be accuratley determined/proven (unlike if your order were to arrive and it was incorrect etc). Sorry.
I do however make batch melts every time i make orders so if you quote me the batch number on the back of the packaging on the product you cannot smell then i can test out the exact same product from the same batch and see if there are any issues.
