COVID-19 Postage Information

As you will be aware the Covid-19 pandemic has altered how the world is functioning. 

I am following goverment guidance to the best of my ability and likewise applying the same vigilance to my business.

As a result of Covid-19 i have decided to alter how i plan on getting your orders posted out to you.

Normally, i would just make, package and post your order freely. However due to the need to practice social distancing and isolating as much as possible at home to prevent contracting and spreading of Coronvirus i have decided that the following will now be the plan in place whilst Covid-19 and govenment guidance to social distance as much as possible is in place.

I am fortunate that my husband is a postman. So i have the convenience and perk of not having to attend the post office to post your items out to you. This will greatly aid in social distancing. 

During the covid-19 pandemic i will be using the 'click & post' option on the Royal Mail website. This will allow me to purchase postage for your parcels online. And i will then just give them to my husband and he can log them in at his work and get them in the bag at work to be loaded onto the lorry. 

Please note that there may be a delay in you getting your order as the postal service is currently experiencing extra high volumes of mail and are running on less staff. As someone who knows someone working in the industry i can assure you that they are working tirelessley to get your mail to you with minimal disruption and delay. Please bear with them and in turn me as a business.
